Vegetable Fried Rice 2

The first vegetable fried rice that I posted here before was cooked with broccoli and some other vegetables, this is a different one since this is a combination of hot, sour and salty.

2 cups cooked cold rice
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-sized ginger, cut into thin strips
1 stalk green onions, cut into 1 inch length
1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
10 pcs. fresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch length
2/3 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
Cooking Spray
Hot sauce.

1. Heat and grease the wok with a cooking spray, scramble the beaten egg and cook until done. Transfer to a plate, chop and set aside.
2. Heat the wok again, add cooking oil and sauté garlic and ginger for 15 seconds, then add the vegetables, stir and cook until the asparagus are tender.
3. Add rice, light soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, cook until all rice grains are heated through.
4. Stir in cooked eggs and mix well. Drizzle with the sesame oil then transfer to a serving dish and serve with hot sauce.
