Fish Flakes Fried Rice

We have lots of fried fish leftover and I didn’t want to serve it again in our next meal. Hence, I decided to add it into my fried rice. I flaked the fish meat into very small sizes, as in very small, then I cooked it as follows:

3 cups cold cooked rice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced thinly
1 cup cooked fish flakes
¼ cup soy sauce
½ mixed vegetables (carrots and green peas)
3 tbsp. cooking oil

1. Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic until slightly brown, then add onions and stir for few seconds. Add fish flakes and soy sauce, stir fry until dry and little bit crispy.
2. Stir in mixed vegetables, then add rice.
3. Stir until all the rice grains are heated through. Turn off heat and serve.
