This is my another way of cooking Chicken Biryani.
Ingredients:
3 cups basmati rice (long grain rice)
700 g whole chiken, sliced into serving portions
1 medium carrot, sliced thinly
1 medium head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 large onion, minced
2 medium ripe tomatoes, minced
2 tbsp. crushed ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced

Majboos is an arabic dish which is consist of long grain rice and chicken or meat. The meat or chicken were boiled before frying, then the rice is being cooked with the meat or chicken’s broth.
