This is a classic and simple Filipino recipe for tender beef steaks. The meat is being marinated first for at least one hour, it will taste better if marinated for whole night and best if served with plain white rice!
Ingredients:
300 g tender beef steaks
1 tsp. flour
3 tbsp. water
