Here’s my another recipe for tuna sandwich. Our favorite way to make it before were adding it with pineapple slices or making it into French toast tuna sandwich which my hubby’s favorite request for breakfast. He requested it the other day but we ran out of mayonnaise at home and no one dares to go out during this chilly moments just to buy something which was not really important at all, lol
. He really likes tuna, any recipe will turn perfect for him when it is the main ingredient. Since my ingredients for French toast Tuna Sandwich was not complete, I made another recipe which I think can compensate for his cravings for it, so this is it. The result was so good that he even requested me to do it again, lol
. The sliced bread below looks almost burnt since I did not able to take it out immediately from the oven, I was in the living room that time.

Ingredients:
6 pcs. sliced bread
1 can 90 g Tuna flakes, drained
1 medium cucumber, shredded
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
Cream cheese
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix tuna and cucumber together.
2. Spread generous amount of cream cheese on one side of each bread.
3. Divide tuna mixture into 3 parts, spread one part over the bread with cream cheese on it. Add tomato slices over the tuna mixture. Cover with another slice, cream cheese facing downward. Repeat this procedure for the remaining 4 slices.
4. Bake the sandwiches in a preheated 250 degrees C oven for 5 minutes or until slightly brown.
5. Cut the sandwiches into 2 diagonally for easy biting.
