Broccoli with Butter and Oyster Sauce

I bought a box of broccoli the other day when we went to the local vegetable market, I really miss eating this vegetable since I did not able to eat it in Phil. when we went on vacation . Our meals there were full of seafoods like prawns, crabs and shells. This dish is probably the easiest and quickest way to stir-fry broccoli but I really like its taste. I hope you like it too, this is very perfect for a newbie cook like me ;)

Ingredients:

1 medium head of broccoli, cut into florets
¼ cup butter
1 medium onion, chopped
½ cup water
2 tbsp. oyster sauce

Direction:
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Saute onion until tender, then add broccoli florets stir for 1 minute.
3. Add water, let it boil. Cook for 30 seconds.
4. Add oyster sauce, mix well. Cook for another 30 seconds. Turn off heat and serve.
