Hmmm…oyster…one of my favorite seafood and I really miss to eat this also, I was glad that somebody brought some at home in Phil. when we were there so I cooked it immediately and this is my favorite way to serve it. Very simple but yummy!

Ingredients:
500 g shelled Oyster
2 tbsp. chopped ginger
1 stalk green onion, chopped
1 tomato chopped
Fresh kalamansi or lemon juice, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat oyster in a skillet until all liquids are absorbed
2. Transfer to a serving plate, add all the ingredients, mix well. Serve.

I love oyster sauce but I did not able to try to eat frsh oyster, looks yummy
