This is my own way to cook beef adobo, I marinated the meat first to taste more yummy!

Ingredients:
500 g beef sirloin steaks, sliced into small cubes
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup white vinegar
2 pcs, bay leaves
1 tbsp. whole peppercorns
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
3 tbsp. cooking oil
Directions:
1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a medium pot, let stand for at least one hour in a refrigerator.
2. Bring mixture to a boil, add 1 cup water and simmer until liquids are almost absorbed. Turn off heat and spoon out the garlic from the beef mixture.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan, sauté garlic until slightly brown, then add the cooked beef stirring until browned on all sided.
4. Add oyster sauce, mix well to coat all the meat. Turn off heat and serve over plain jasmine rice.
