Escabechi

One of my husband’s favorite fish dish, lapu-lapu escabechi, he requested me to cook one yesterday to serve for their Iftar with his friends.

Ingredients:
1 whole medium size Lapu-lapu or any fish
1 large onion, sliced
1 green capsicum, strips
