I missed it terribly now that I'm here in Belgium. I remembered how my stepmother prepare the sopas. Correct me if I'm wrong, is it also good if you put the pasta (raw) during the time the vegetables are almost done? You keep on stirring it till the pasta is cooked. We never cook the pasta apart. Here in Belgium the vegetables I use are leek (prei), celery (selder), carrots (wortel) and cabbage. I cut carrots not in juliened but in tiny square to make it more attractive. If you think you saw this recipe in other sites then that's normal because no one can copyright a recipe, all you can copyright are the pictures and the wordings you gonna use for a certain recipe. I don't know why you said that I copied it from somewhere, or maybe because there's a link in the picture which is www.rieaanes.net , for your information that's my site and I posted it also there under the recipe category.
